At Autability, our passion is to empower autistic children and their families to thrive. We understand that parenting an autistic child can be a unique challenge, especially for neurotypical individuals who may struggle to grasp the reasons behind certain difficulties. Our Ability Tales differ from conventional social stories. These tales revolve around characters from Gwen's world, engaging in everyday activities that can pose extra challenges for autistic children. What sets them apart is their positive approach, which not only highlights these challenges but also validates them. Every tale is accompanied by a concise parent note, shedding light on why the activity might be particularly challenging for an autistic child.
