Welcome to the Resource Hub

For those who love and support autistic and ADHD children and teens

If you're raising, teaching, caring for, or supporting a neurodivergent child or teen, this space is for you. At Autability, we understand how overwhelming it can be to find trusted, practical advice, especially when you’re doing your best to help a young person feel safe, understood, and supported in a world that often doesn't accommodate their needs.

Our resources are here to guide you through the tough moments, the milestones, and everything in between, with clarity, compassion, and real-life strategies that work.

Why We Offer Free Resources

Supporting an autistic or ADHD child often means learning a whole new language, usually while you're sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, and trying to advocate in systems that weren’t built with your child in mind.

Our resources are designed to take some of that weight off your shoulders. We want you to have expert-led, neurodivergent-informed guidance at your fingertips, without cost, confusion, or influencer noise. Everything we create is here to help you better understand and support your young person. Because when the adults around them feel confident and equipped, that child feels safer and more accepted in the world.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a starting point.
