A fantastic book that I look forward to using in my classroom.
The clear explanations are supported by simple illustrations that will help make discussing autism accessible to primary age children. A must have in any school!

Well Worth a Read With Children.
It opened up many conversations with my grandchildren about how we are all different. A great help for them with understanding their autistic friends and for me as a grandparent. I learnt too!

Absolutely Amazing!
I am 47 and recently diagnosed autistic! My 8 year old grandson is autistic and this book has been so helpful to show him how autism affects different people.

This is the book that's been missing from children's books about autism.
Written by autistic authors who are parents to autistic children, has more than one example of how autism presents across a range of situations - is both positive and informative. The illustrations and graphics give the book a clarity which reaches out to those below and above the expected age range. I hope this is the first of many visits to Gwen's world.

A Great Book To Talk About Autism.
A positive child friendly book about three autistic children who are all different but in some ways the same. It covers things like eating, school, making friends and lots more. I could relate to Gwen and enjoyed the illustrations a lot. I'd definitely buy this for children to learn more about autism. It's easy to read and lovely.

Illuminates just how diverse autistic people can be.
Using endearingly straightforward storytelling and delightful illustrations, The Wonderful World of Gwen explains what it can be like being an autistic child from the perspectives of three unique characters. It depicts autism and autistic experiences in a way that illuminates just how diverse autistic people can be in a format that children and adults can understand and learn from.
